Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at aurrix.official@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (if item is damaged or defective)

Important:
Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or wrong item received)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

We will offer:

  • Replacement OR
  • Full refund (no return required in some cases)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products
  • Customized or personalized items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
